With a certification signed by the person acting as Secretary of the Community, with the approval of the President.

Who is liable if the certification contains inaccuracy or is issued by delay ? In the case or fault or negligence the President and/or the Secretary are responsible for damages caused.

Am I responsible for the amounts owed by previous owners ? Yes, you are liable with the property as a guaranty up to the limit of fees charged for the period to date of the year in which the sale took place and for the preceding year
