All of matters requiring the decision of the commonholders at meetings will be satisfied by:

1. Unanimous resolution
2. Special resolution I
3. Special resolution II
4. Special resolution III
5. Special resolution IV
6. Ordinary resolution

Currently, there is a Bill in the Spanish parliament 621/000019 which shall amend in December of the current year subsection 17 (3) adding two more types of majorities
